Becoming a Technical and Cave Diver
From birth, man carries the weight of gravity on his shoulders. He is bolted to earth. But man has only to sink beneath the surface and he is free.
This is how a Cave Diver or Technical Diver feels once submerged. Truly free. This world takes you beyond what you could ever know or imagine as a Recreational Diver. It is not for the weak hearted. It is for those who want to challenge themselves, explore the unexplored and feel free and at peace within the water around them.
Technical Deep Diving has a range of training for different levels of experience. You must be at least a Deep and Enriched Air Diver to enrol in these course, and training levels range from 40m/130ft up to 100m/330ft. Dives are done using additional gas tanks with a range of gas mixtures depending on the plan and objective of the dive. You will learn to dive using full technical equipment and the opportunities are endless once you get started!
Cave Diving is a whole other world. “The impossible missions are the only ones which succeed“. It may seem impossible to imagine yourself discovering a world that dates back over 40 million years ago but its not impossible if you want it bad enough.
Cave diving is an addiction and you will become unstoppable once qualified, but be warned, it is not easy and it’s not for the inexperienced diver…
Cave training will put you in every situation imaginable and test your self control, determination, stress levels and skill beyond what you´ve experience before. Once free you can explore what others only dream of. Fossils, formations, artefacts, skeletons and mazes of delicate, untouched historical beauty.
